Assessment, treatment and advice for a range of problems. Problems that are regularly seen include pelvic organ prolapse, urinary incontinence, bowel incontinence, pelvic girdle pain and back pain. Other conditions commonly treated include pelvic pain, dyspareunia and rectus diastasis (tummy separation). I have specialist training in scar massage and can teach you techniques to massage your scar too.

Musculoskeletal & Sports Injuries
Assessment and treatment for musculoskeletal sports injuries.
A thorough history of your condition and a physiotherapy assessment will take place to diagnose your problem. Thereafter a treatment plan will be discussed to best resolve your problem. Treatments can include manual therapy, massage, taping, acupuncture and exercise therapy.
