Sarah Crosby
BSc Hons Physiotherapy MCSP HCPC

I have 19 years of experience as a Physiotherapist working both for the NHS and in private practice.  My area of specialty is Pelvic Health and Women's Health.  This covers conditions such as pregnancy related lower back pain, incontinence and pelvic organ prolapse to name a few.  I treat patients of all ages.

I also have practiced in the field of musculoskeletal and sports injuries, which has included treating professional athletes.

Having undertaken specialist training in Women's Health physiotherapy, I set up a Women's Health service at a large physiotherapy clinic in South-East London in 2013.

I am a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP) and a member of the professional network; Pelvic, Obstetric and Gynaecological Physiotherapy (POGP) and a member of the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).

Since having two children, I have become even more passionate about my role in making sure women know where to find the right help and advice for problems that are too often assumed to be "normal' after having a baby.

In my spare time I love to go running, explore the outdoors and to go skiing in winter. I have personal experience of returning to sport after having a baby and can relate to my patients experiencing problems in pregnancy and afterwards.
